  If you hold an annual employee award event, you can use Nomify to collect nominations. Simply customise your Award scheme and set start and end dates to get the ball rolling.

• Manage your holidays

  Nomify lets you manage all your holidays in one place, from submitting new holiday requests to cancelling existing holidays. Use the calendar view to keep track of your holidays and allowances and use the news feed to view up and coming holidays for your fellow colleagues.

• Approve and reject staff holidays

  If you're a business owner or manager, save valuable time and money by approving and rejecting your staff's holidays either online or via the app. You'll receive notifications when a staff member makes a request, so no more paper work or emails.

• Host company events & meet ups

  Host events on behalf of your company or yourself, whether it's a meet up for drinks after work, a morning meeting or a company event. See who's attending & also which events your colleagues are going to.

• Send documents & contracts

  Send important documents & contracts directly to individual employees, departments or to everyone. Get users to mark documents as read, or agree to the contents of a post, and digitally keep track of interactions.

• Searchable staff directory

  Find your colleagues and their contact details easily via a searchable directory. Make calls or send emails directly from the app, keeping your work contacts completely separate from your private phone contacts.

• Earn points & redeem rewards

  Every time you send or receive a star, or a nomination, you'll earn points. Points can later be redeemed for vouchers and discounts, if your company operates a reward programme.

• News feed & Intranet

  Nomify offers a fully fledged news feed and intranet, with news posts, events & notifications offered via the web or one of our mobile apps. Nomify's extensive Feed API can be used to deliver news and events directly to your website or intranet.
